বাঙালির দোল উৎসব ২০২০

শীতের শেষে অর্থাৎ বসন্তের শুরু তে বাংলা তথা গোটা ভারতবর্ষে রঙীন উৎসব পালিত হয় যা বসন্ত উৎসব বা দোল উৎসব নামে পরিচিত। এখন সারা বিশ্ব জুড়ে যদিও  রঙীন উৎসব পালিত হয়। কিন্তু ভারতে এই উৎসব পালন হওয়ার পিছনে পুরান বা ইতিহাসের কিছু গল্প আছে।

পুরান মতে ভগবান শ্রকৃষ্ণ ই এই দোল উৎসব এর স্রষ্টা।

তিনিই প্রথম বৃন্দাবনে রাধার সাথে এই রঙীন উৎসবের সূচনা করেন।

দোল উৎসবে কিছু বৈজ্ঞানিক ব্যাখ্যা ও আছে। যেমন বলা হয় যে শীতের শেষে বসন্ত রোগের প্রকোপ বারে সেইজন্য রঙ খেললে কিছুটা হলেও আর থেকে রেহাই পাওয়া যায়।

যাই হোক সব মিলিয়ে বাঙালির কাছে এই দোল উৎসব খুব ই আনন্দের একটি রঙীন উৎসব।আর বাঙালি মানেই তো খাওয়া দাওয়া। তাই সাথে থাকে হরেক রকম  খাওয়ার মেনু।

At the end of winter, in the beginning of spring, colourfull festival are celebrated in Bengal as well as in the whole of India, which is known as the spring festival or Dole Utsav. Now colourfull festivals are celebrated all over the world. But there some Purana or history behind the celebration in India.

     According to Purana, Lord Krishna is the creator of this Dole(doll) Utsav. He was the first launch this colourfull festival with Radha in Vrindavan.

There are also some scientific explanation at the Dole Utsav. It is said that at the end of winter, the incidence of the disease of the spring. there for , play a bit but there is some relief.

By all means, this Dole Utsav is a very colourfull  festival for the Bengali. So there is menu with each type of food.
